Last fall a friend of mine (thanks Sue) encouraged me to teach a Community Education class. Not wanting to be the only teacher in the class and not feeling particularly qualified, I recruited Mark, a friend of Mr. D and I — who is a self-claimed web “geek” to teach the blogging class with me. Mark is my “go to” professional when I have questions on how to do something different or fancy and he has awesome ideas.
Long story short….. time flew by faster than we expected, and our Community Education Blogging Basics class is THIS Thursday evening! Mark is on top of it and has done an awesome Powerpoint presentation and has given me my list of things to cover in the class.
I have never taught a Community Education class before. Have you ever signed up, or signed on to do something, then when the time came to do what you “signed-up” for you wondered “what the heck was I thinking?” I know the class will go great — with Mark at the helm it is a win-win deal. I believe between Mark and I we will have a successful and FUN evening talking about something we love to do.
