A beautiful day!

We didn’t waste any time getting outside after church today to take advantage of the sunshine and warm temperatures. Kirk worked on the “barn” while I watched and lent a hand when needed, uncovered the rhubarb, took photos, and absorbed as much of the sun as I could. Nate appeared just in time to pull a load of cinder blocks to the construction site for Kirk — talk about timing!

Unfortunately I’ve been plagued by a relentless migraine this weekend (as of Friday night). I would have loved to take a walk this evening, but instead found myself knocked out on meds and sleeping the stupid headache off til 9:30. I’m still a bit foggy and light-headed, so hopefully I’ll be able to get to sleep after that 2 hour evening nap….argh. Hopefully I’ll have kicked the bugger by tomorrow morning.
