On Cara’s last day in Roch before moving to Cincy we had the Hemmer family over….Cara and Brie enjoyed being their fun selves and didn’t let a rainy day spoil their fun….after playing in the rain, and dinner, Cara and Brie give a long good-bye hug.

The kids had lots of fun pretending to be news anchors….of course it was SNL style and hilarious.

What if when a church remodeled or built a new facility they built with the plan to make the building a place to serve others in the community instead of a place where the focus is a place where services are held?

I am all for the 15 mile rule……your children should never live more than 15 miles from you. Or is it 15 minutes? OK…so I could live with and hour. Cara left today for Cincinnati. I miss her.

Saturday…..and the nest is empty….Cara and Danae drove to the Chicago area yesterday with the two little ones in tow. They had an easy trip, the kids were great for them.
