Gather the children, grandchildren, the nieces & nephews, the menapausal women……..hand them a mug and let them mix up and bake a cake…in a mug….in 10 minutes or less!
Here’s what you’ll need:
A mug, an egg, sugar, milk, oil, cocoa powder, vanilla & flour
Mix together in a mug:
4 Tablespoons flour
+
4 Tablespoons sugar
+
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
Then beat one egg
and add it to the ingredients in the mug
Then add 3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil
+
splash of vanilla
Stir well
Add some chocolate chips
or chopped nuts
and stir again
Place mug full of chocolate in the microwave
cook for 3 minutes (or 2-1/2 minutes)
In 3 minutes you will hve a delicious chocolatey warm cake
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you want
or with hot fudge sauce and ice cream!
(which I didn’t do)
and enjoy!
Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe:
Mix these together:
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Eat it warm with some chocolate sauce and ice cream! mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Mix up the dry ingredients and keep them in little containers so kids just have to dump them in the mug and add the other ingredients.
