NW Rochester received 11 inches of rain on Saturday. Danae and I went to the mall — this is what we found! At Old Navy we walked through water almost up to our knees through the parking lot.
When we were in Minneapolis, we drove right by the 35W bridge that collapsed. The left side/back is the bridge part with the semi under it. Seeing it in person is very different than in the pictures — very sobering.
