Work & Play . . .
today I managed to do both! My morning and early afternoon was spent looking at stained concrete samples, meeting with someone who does the staining, talking to the painter and Lonzo (the building supervisor), convincing Lonzo that “we really do need an outlet up there”. There was also decisions made for trimming out the front of the stage and the sound booth. Then it was lunch time, so I went out for a “business lunch” with Lonzo and Doug. It was a very productive morning!This evening, Nate wasn’t home for dinner so Kirk and I went to my favorite place to eat….Chipotle! After dinner there was some Guitar Hero play with Nate & Kirk..then Kirk baled to go watch the BB game…then Nate baled on me…so there I was “practicing” Guitar Hero all alone. Poor me. Those who know me, know that I rarely play any games like this. But I admit to being mildly addicted to Guitar Hero…finally a game I can do, and like. The only problem I have now is I have all these 80’s and 90’s songs playing over and over in my mind. Enough of Pat
