This is an Ina Garten recipe that I’ve changed a little for our family tastes. A little extra butter and rosemary add more flavor, and everyone looks for the cashews with the most seasoning anyway.
Rosemary Cashews
In as little as 15 minutes you can be enjoying these warm cashews fresh from the oven. The aroma in the house will convince you to make these over and over.
Rosemary Cashews Recipe
Rosemary Roasted Cashews
Ingredients
- 1¼ pounds Cashews salted
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary leaves (or more to taste) coarsely chopped
- ½ Teaspoon cayenne
- 2 Teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1½ Tablespoon Melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Place nuts on an ungreased baking sheet (optional lined with parchment paper)
- Bake for 10 minutes until they are warmed through
- Meanwhile, combine the rosemary, pepper, sugar, salt and melted butter in a large bowl
- Toss the warm nuts with rosemary mixture until the nuts ae completely coated.
- Serve warm.
A bowl of warm rosemary cashews on the table just can’t be resisted.
